Area Sales Manager - Germany

We're Growing in Germany – Join Our Sales Team!
At SilentLab, we design and manufacture premium acoustic office pods that help people focus, brainstorm, bring ideas to life, and do their best work. Our pods are used by companies across Europe to make workplaces more productive, healthier and quieter.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an Area Sales Manager to help us expand our presence across Germany.

 Location: Home office – preferably based in the Düsseldorf, Hamburg, or Berlin area.

What you'll be doing

• Finding new business opportunities and building lasting customer relationships
• Working with office furniture dealers, workplace consultants, architects, and end users
• Growing our partner network while supporting existing dealers
• Managing projects from the first conversation to the final order, including follow-up customer care
• Representing SilentLab at trade fairs and networking events

We're looking for someone who

• Loves meeting people and building relationships
• Enjoys opening new doors and turning opportunities into projects
• Sales experience (preferably in office furniture, interiors, architecture, workplace solutions, or a related industry) is a big plus
• A technical mindset and the ability to confidently explain our products to customers are a strong advantage
• Speaks fluent German and is comfortable communicating in English
• Is happy to travel across the region and work independently from a home office
